Pat is a long time resident of the Bay Area. She is actively involved in the Real Estate community and serves on the BayEast Association of Realtors Board of Directors, and is the current President Elect. She is past Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee, is a California Association of Realtors Director and  the 2004 Past President  for the Southern Alameda County chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors.

She has received the Bay East Association's 2005 Masters Award for Sales Achievement.

A long time volunteer for the Pleasanton Partnerships in Education Foundation, she was named volunteer of the year in 2000.
