Pat is a long time resident of the Bay Area. She is actively involved in the Real Estate community and served on the BayEast Association of Realtors Board of Directors for 10 years and was the Association President in 2009.  She has been a California Association of Realtors Director since 2006 and was the 2004 President  for the Southern Alameda County chapter of the Women's Council of Realtors.

A long time volunteer for the Pleasanton Partnerships in Education Foundation, she was named volunteer of the year in 2000.
